All items are shipped via USPS Priority and tracking will be provided via email/text once your order is ready for shipment. Shipping speed is dependent upon USPS’s current workload.
Oversized & Specialty Decor (The Sassy Front Porch Collection)
Our Sassy Front Porch pieces are large, handcrafted seasonal décor, so they ship a little differently
from the rest of our store:
• Separate shipping rate. Because of their size and fragility, these items ship at a flat oversized rate
shown at checkout and are not eligible for free shipping promotions, including Free Shipping over
$100.
• Processing time. Please allow [3–5] business days for careful packing before your item ships.
• Local pickup — free. Skip shipping entirely: choose Local Pickup at checkout and collect your
piece at our store, 121 E Main St, Henderson, TX.
• Delivery. Larger items may ship by [freight/specialty carrier] and can take [7–10] business days to
arrive.
• Damaged in transit? Each piece is inspected and packed with care. If yours arrives damaged,
contact us within 48 hours at [email/phone] with photos and we'll make it right.
