Returns 

Items that are unworn with tags attached, free of any odors, pet hair or deodorant marks are eligible to be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 7 days of receipt. You have approximately 7 days to ship your return back to us.  Item(s) returned without tags, or in unsellable condition received outside of the designated time frame  are non returnable and will be shipped back at the customer's expense.

To Return An Item

STORE OWNER MUST DICTATE WHAT THEY WOULD LIKE
Would you like a return request form completed that you must approve?
Would you like them to simply return it with a slip of scratch paper and info and trust that they can read the fine print?


Non Returnable Items

Items discounted at 50% or more are FINAL SALE and non returnable, no exceptions. Additional Non returnable items include: Markdown Items, Clearance or Sale items, Facebook Giveaway Items, Gift Cards, Jewelry, Home Decor, Hats, Accessories, Bags, Swimwear, Farmasi, Bath Products, lotions or  Workout wear.
You may not return an item if it is has been used, washed, damaged, worn, or if the tags are removed.

Order Errors or Damaged Items

We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or if you received an incorrect or defective item(s). All original tags must still be attached. If the tags are not attached, then it is not returnable and will be rejected. You have 7 days from the day the order was marked delivered to report it as being damaged.  We will not accept any error/damaged item(s) after this 7 day period for return. No exceptions.

Exchanges 

Due to daily inventory changes we facilitate exchanges if the desired size is in stock.   You may reorder your item at your leisure or wait until your return has been processed and order using your store credit. You will only receive store credit if your desired item is out of stock.  We do not issue refunds. 

Additional Notes

All returns must be credited to the original account used to purchase the item(s). (Example: If you received an item that was a gift, the return must be posted to the purchaser's account). Returns are processed within 7-10 business days after you send the item(s) back. We highly recommend using a traceable carrier with tracking number.
